Cebu is elongated in shape and it’s kinda’ far for other towns, I mean for example southern towns to gather big events in southern place. So strategically aside from Cebu City where the Cebu City Sports Complex is located, there is now very big space in Carcar City called Carcar City Sports Complex where big events are held. Pasigarbo sa Sugbo 2023 where held here. In the nothern Cebu, Carmen is also started building up another complex.
This sports complex is located near new Carcar Public Market which is also near the Carcar City new Municipal Hall in the Center in Barangay Poblacion 3. THE New Carcar City Sports Complex that features an Olympic-standard rubberized track and field oval and swimming pool at the back of the stadium. Carcar City Sports Complex was inaugurated Dec. 15, 2021.
